Waiting for the Big O #TuesdayTips

We must overcome the false dilemma between clitoral and vaginal orgasms. The climax is reached in many ways and there is no distinction between what is the best or the worst.

The important thing is to enjoy.

There are many other ways to achieve orgasm… women who come only to caress their breasts, a kiss on the mouth, a head massage, and there is also one does not even need physical stimuli (an erotic dream or fantasy )

According to some experts (laboratory , no bed), the way our body responds during climax is basically the same: simultaneous and rhythmic uterine contractions occur, the outer (or lower) third of the vaginal canal and sphincter anal. At first these pleasurable contractions occur every 0.8 seconds, and from the third or fourth, its intensity decreases and lengthening intervals, up to a maximum of 10-15 contractions.

It seems a very serious thing, but it’s just talk.

There are women who have little or none at all contractions, others with orgasms located in the vulvar area, others say they are concentrated in the vagina or cervix speak of intense heat, others refer to a wave of pleasure that spans whole body, there are even who describes a lumbar cramp, and, moreover , there are many who simply do not spend time in thinking about where or how they feel .
Therefore, pleasure is subjective, there is something for everyone and tastes change with time, practice , knowledge, sex therapists ...  Our sexual selves are as colorful and varied as each of our unique personalities or fingerprints

Each woman's orgasm is completely unique.  Yep, some call them “orgasmic fingerprint”

Therefore, don’t let anyone define your orgasms!

Now, if you want to intensify them, in the coming weeks we'll give you some tips to enjoy them even more.

Meanwhile, a QUIZ about next Meg Ryan's orgasm: Clitoral or Vaginal?
